CompareForexBrokers is an independent comparison site, not a broker. The team answers questions about the site, our testing and our reviews through a monitored LinkedIn company profile. Account actions, personal advice and broker disputes are outside our remit; the Financial Ombudsman Service handles the last of those.
If you are searching for a broker, start with our broker reviews or the UK broker guide.
How to reach us
The form below sends a message directly to Justin Grossbard and David Levy, not an outsourced desk. David and I read every message. If a form feels impersonal, a note through our LinkedIn company profile reaches us just the same.
Corrections are the messages we act on fastest. When a figure in a review looks wrong, let us know the page and the number. David can then trace it back to the broker’s own source.
What we do not do
We are not a broker, so some requests fall outside our remit. We cannot open, close, fund or withdraw from a trading account. We cannot give personal financial advice or recommend a broker. A dispute between a trader and a broker is also outside our scope, though the correct route is set out below.
Where we are based
Compare Forex Brokers UK serves a UK audience and runs entirely online. There is no public office to visit.
Who publishes this site
Compare Forex Brokers UK is an independent online publisher, not a financial-services firm. It is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, it holds no client money and it gives no personal advice. What it publishes is general information and factual broker comparison, and the advertiser disclosure page explains how it earns.
The UK publishing entity, its company registration and its registered correspondence address are being confirmed and will appear here once verified. Until then, the contact routes above reach the people who run the site directly. The regulatory status of any broker named on this site can be checked independently on the FCA register.
Social and press
Compare Forex Brokers is on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and X (Twitter). Press coverage and author bylines are collected in the Muckrack archive.
Complaints and corrections
If a figure on the site is wrong or a review reads unfairly, tell us through the routes above and we will check it. Genuine errors are corrected and the page is re-dated. For a correction to a specific figure, David Levy, our head of content, reviews it directly. For a regulated complaint about a broker, raise it with the broker first; once its own process is exhausted, the Financial Ombudsman Service can review the dispute. That route concerns the broker, not this site, since we are not the firm holding your money. The risk disclaimers page covers the detail.
